Originally from Transylvania, the land of the renowned Brassaï and the infamous figure of Vlad Dracula, Vlad Calugherovici moved to Paris in 2013, drawn by the capital’s exceptional cultural richness.

His artistic journey began with a deep passion for art in all its forms, exploring painting, sculpture, and fashion.

Very quickly, Vlad became immersed in creative spheres: his photographs have been published in specialized magazines such as Palace Scope, and he has also been featured through fashion articles on the ASVOF blog, considered the world’s first fashion blog.

In September 2025, he reached a decisive turning point with his first group exhibition, held at the studio of Florence de Ponthaud-Neyrat, alongside major artists during the Portes Ouvertes, marking the beginning of his career as an artist in Paris.
